Before Picture / Rough in phase of a bathroom shower.
– Completion of the rough in phase of a residential bathroom for a home owner. Homeowners are seniors and wanted a Grohe shower valve set off from the center of the tub & shower head, for easier access to the valve handle for when it comes to turning on and off the shower valve. Homeowner wanted shower valve installed closer to the shower door opening. The drain & vent pipe for this tub had to be relocated completely because it was set on the opposite side (right hand tub) from where its at now (left hand tub) on the photo. Along with the hot & cold water lines for the new shower valve, shower head and tub spout. All pipes pressure tested and completed to standard.
