Before picture / Kitchen Drains located under Crawl Space Area

– Old & worn galvanized sewer drain pipes for a kitchen sink area with an island sink and dish washer connected. Seem that the galvanized pipe had given out a while ago because the homeowner said they could smell something coming from underneath the crawl space area. Once inside the crawl space area a big puddle of drainage water was also found due to the pipes no longer draining into the sewer drain line. Recommended replacing all old galvanized drainage piping and updating to a new plastic (color black) ABS pipe for all the kitchen drains

– Installation complete of taking apart old galvanized kitchen drain pipes and updating to new 2″ inch ABS plastic (color black) piping. Inside of the old galvanized drainage pipes the diameter is smaller than what the pipe should be, because of the rust, calcium, debris, grease, fats & oils build up all along the inside of the piping. So updating the drainage pipe and properly pipe sizing correctly with the fitting insures for a much better water flow as well as less clogs from drainage lines.
