Before picture / Toilet Flanged Pipe with Ingrown Roots
– Homeowners had repeated toilet clogs on the same toilet and could not figure out why. They decided to go with a new Plumbing company to see what could be the reason why of the recurrence of this random clogged drain. Turn out to be excessive roots growing in to and around toilet flange. Once removing of the toilet flange it was easy to see and remove all roots.

– Completion of the removal of all ingrown roots in to the toilet flange. Also install a new wax ring with a set of new bolts for better support on to the porcelain base of the toilet.
